PROCESS STEPS Step 1: Prepare the Applications on the respective company's Letter Head Step 2: Submit the application to the National Directorate of External Trade (DNCE) Step 3: National Directorate of External Trade (DNCE) reviews the application submitted. Step 4: Submit additional information if required Step 5: The original application is stamped by the Timor-Leste Customs Authority and issued to the Exporter The first copy stamped by Customs is filed with DNCE for ICO The second copy goes to Customs The third copy is in the DNCE |
