from Grande Baía (Gungdong-Hong Kong-Macau) People's Republic of China

Minister of Commerce and Industry Sr. Nino Pereira held a meeting with a group of investors from Grande Baía (Gungdong-Hong Kong-Macau) People's Republic of China, at the Office of the Minister of MCI, Fomento Mandarin Dili.

The investor group from Grande Baía is led by Mr. Yang Zicai, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Caizi group (China) Co.Ltd. present three (3) ideas to His Excellency the Minister on:

1.Invest in Integrated Resorts in Tibar (Five Star Hotel, Mall, Convention Center, Sport arena, leisure area and residential area);

2. Construction manufacturing plant;

3.Timor-Leste Promotion investment Office in Greater Bay Area (China), Zhuhai, Guangdong Province, China.

On January 24, 2025, Timor-Leste's Delegate to the Macau Forum, Mr. Antonio Ramos, has signed a pre-agreement with Mr. Yang, representing Holding Caizi Group China) to invest Integrated Resorts in Tibar in partnership with Mr. Leong Kau Timor, who is resident in Macau, the owner of the land to build the integrated resorts.

Mr. Yang Zicai from Caizi (China) Co.Ltd group, Mr. Leong Kau Timorese living in Macau and teams from Grande Baía (Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau), China took part in the delegation.
